The following is a list of Pensacola Symphony ticketing policies. Other policies not listed here may apply.
No refunds can be made on any ticket purchased or received. Most tickets are eligible for exchange in the event of a schedule conflict.
Single tickets can be exchanged for another event (excluding Special Event concerts) for a $3 fee in addition to any difference between the value of your exchanged tickets. Original tickets must be returned to the PSO office 3 days prior to the performance date. All exchanges are subject to availability and seat locations cannot be guaranteed.
If any ticket is lost, the symphony office can request a voucher for you to be held for pick-up at will call the night of the event if tickets were purchased through our office.
Anyone who cannot use their tickets is invited to donate their tickets and receive a tax-deductible credit. Donated tickets must be received the Friday before the performance date.
If a concert must be cancelled or postponed due to inclement weather, ticket holders will be sent a voucher equal to the value of the ticket. This voucher can be exchanged for any future concert as specified on the voucher.
