Single Ticket Purchases
Tickets for all Pensacola Symphony Orchestra events can be purchased by calling the Symphony administrative office at (850) 435-2533.

Discounts
The Pensacola Symphony Orchestra honors two standing discounts:

• Student Discount: students in elementary school, middle school, high school, and college (with ID) are eligible to receive $10 student tickets for all Pensacola Symphony events (with the exception of the New Year's Eve concert). Student tickets are available in the Orchestra B and Mezzanine sections.
  
• Military Discount: active duty military are eligible for a $5 discount on any ticket (with the exception of the New Year's Eve concert). Visit the Pensacola Symphony office during regular business hours (9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday) to redeem. Tickets purchased the day of the concert will also be discounted.

Group Sales
The Pensacola Symphony offers discounted tickets to groups of 10 or more. Please contact the Pensacola Symphony's administrative office at (850) 435-2533 x104 for more information.

Ticket Policies
The following is a list of Pensacola Symphony ticketing policies. Other policies not listed here may apply.

• Refunds: no refunds can be made on any ticket purchased or received. Most tickets are eligible for exchange in the event of a schedule conflict.
  
• Cancellations / Postponements: if a concert must be cancelled or postponed due to inclimate weather, ticket holders will be sent a voucher equal to the value of the ticket. This voucher can be exchanged for any future concert as specified on the voucher.
  
• Ticket Fees: When requesting that tickets be mailed to your address, a fee of $3.00 will be added to cover postage/packing expenses.
